Steam Boiler Installation

A 3500Kg/hr Oil Fired steam Boiler operating at 10Barg installed with all steam pipework, oil lines, electrical supplies, blowdown systems and safety interlocks to customers specification.

The tight deadline required the removal of the existing boiler and installation of the new within the factory 9 day shutdown in order to resume production.

Ferroli Thermal Fluid Boiler

Operating at 280°C this 900Kw gas fired thermal fluid boiler provided the heating to a chemical reactor.

The supply included the temperature control valves and secondary circulation pumps for control of temperature within ±1°C on the process.
